Anouk joined Urhahn as urban designer / project manager in September 2016. Anouk’s understanding of the local situation is crucial to be able to do her job as an urban designer. With every assignment she searches for the spatial, economic and social context. Typical of her approach is an open and interested attitude, allowing her to bring up the best ideas from others and to bring people, disciplines and parties together. She possesses the tools to visualize ideas and plans into a broad-based result.
Anouk received her Master of urbanism at the TU Delft and worked successively at the municipalities of Noordwijk and Katwijk. There she gained extensive experience in administrative processes and integrated policy development. At Urhahn she works for projects such as Urbanization Strategy for the Southern Randstad, Unmanned Valley Valkenburg and Strategy guide for urban transformations.
